The 528 Hz frequency is referred to as the love frequency.  It’s the frequency with deep roots in nature, and is found in oxygen, rainbows, grass, and sunlight.  Chlorophyll (in plants) vibrates at this frequency.  Bees buzz to this frequency to pollinate flowers, and the air we breathe is made out of this exact number of Hz.

528 Hz positively influences water cell clusters in the body.  When you’re aligning with the 528 Hz frequency it can be felt throughout the body (because our body is about 65% water), creating a feeling of relaxation, thereby dissolving stress and anxiety.

This frequency brings transformation and an increased amount of love energy, clarity of mind, awareness, activated creativity, and inner peace. It also has the ability to activate your imagination, intention, and intuition to operate for your highest and best purpose.

528 Hz is also the frequency of Solar Plexus chakra (manipura). The solar plexus chakra is the third chakra and governs self-confidence, relating to self-esteem, purpose, and inherent power. 

When the solar plexus chakra is in healthy alignment you will be more assertive, confident, capable, responsible, and decisive.  When energy flows through the third chakra, individuals may experience heightened skillful self-expression and increased self-confidence. This helps people feel motivated and have a deeper understanding of their purpose in life.

From the pit of the stomach comes characteristics like courage, willpower, and self-control.  A balanced solar plexus chakra leads to a strong sense of purpose and self-mastery over our thoughts and emotions.
